Prepare For War!

My long-awaited ebook on meet prep and cutting is finally complete!  The perfect companion to the other ebooks, this expounds upon things I've written previiously and walks you step by step through the three months leading up to a meet, then takes you through water cutting, recomposition, choosing weights at a meet, and getting through a bad meet without losing your mind.  For anyone who plans on prepping for a meet and cutting weight, this book will get you through the worst of it with not problem.  I can't be there to help you through it, so consider this book the consigliere to my Godfather.  Snag it at the CnP website for half of what you'd pay for similar (*cough cough* inferior) stuff!

  2. On a serious note you should really do an e-book on the effective use of anabolics. It would really make for an interesting read.

    1. What's hard about steroids? Start at 250mg a week and add 0.5mg every 10 weeks until you can't any more. Then cut the test back and add in something else. Run androgens near a meet

    2. Wow! So you could start the year at 250mg and end it at 252.5mg a week. Great fucking idea, thanks for that. Apparently there is something hard about steroids- counting.

Hey jamie, would you say this novella would be worth a look if you want to slash the flab while maintaining strength and LBM, avoiding the typical bulk and cut morons who get fat in the winter and then skinnyfat in the summer? I ask because the elite powerlifters like Wendler, Coan, Kroc, Karaowski and so on were both lean (year round in some cases) and strong as fuck.

    3. You could run your own version of ABCDE-diet (detalied in Nutritional Psycho), eating like a Alpha during bulk-week(s) and like a bitch (PSMF) during deload or something like that.

      Read shit -> Put it together - > Try it out -> Evaluate and modify -> Repeat.
