Rather Important Announcement: It's Been a Decade, So I'm Changing Shit Up

After ten years, I will admit I am bored as shit with this site.  I'm bored of the name, bored of the retro Blogger shit (though for writing it is vastly preferable to WordPress), and in mind to do something new.

So I did it.  As of Jan 1, this site is going to redirect to a new and far more brutal site.  I actually hired a deathcore band graphic designer to do the logo, am getting similar artists to do other design work for the site and some merch, and will be able to monetize the site so it actually pays for itself rather than costing me money.  

All of the old shit will be available on the new site, and I'm gradually editing it all.  It'll also be searchable and divided into categories.  On top of that, I'll be redoing all of the recipe blogs with pics of my own creations, and I'll be greatly expanding that shit so that you guys have a repository for keto, stewroids, and bulking foods that is easy to search and navigate.  Best of all, the sites that have banned Chaos and Pain won't know what's hit them when people start linking the new site.


It's the dawn of a new world order.  A Plague of Strength is about to spread itself across the land, and it's going to be more polished, more brutal, weirder, and more awesome than the chaos and pain from which it was birthed.

    1. The formatting drives me up the fucking wall, and the fact that the formatting bar (which should float) is static to the top of the area in which you're writing. As I have a tendency to be longwinded, that is a colossal pain in the dick. And not in a fun way.

    2. I actually have been drinking Syntrax Matrix 5.0 in chocolate flavor. Someone at Amazon fucked up and it was listed at $35 for a 5 lb bag, when it's usually listed at $50. I snagged three bags for under $100 last week before they fixed the price

IF going for price, powdered egg whites are cheap as fuck (at least in my country) and don't suck half as bad when mixed with a zero kcal drink mix, not to mention that this shit is about 90% protein. Got about 6.5 lbs for U$30.00. For comparassion, Syntrax Matrix 5.0 goes for at least U$70.00 around here.

  5. Analease, I hope your WR hunt goes well. My results are increasingly mediocre and am battling with age, niggling pains and the like that you have to expect, but I hope the new development helps me to maintain a good attitude to training and at least lift every day, a small victory.

    1. Like anything else I do, it was hardly a routine. 6 days a week I did at least 20 minutes of arms, be it biceps, triceps, or both. Sometimes I used dumbbells, sometimes, suspension straps, and sometimes barbells. This was in addition to three heavy as fuck barbell sessions a week for the rest of my body. Sometimes I'd do two hours of arms. Chaotic and painful. The program is "Do some kind of arms between 20 minutes and two hours a day, every day."

    2. Hahahaha. I've got so much content staged, it's crazy. My production in 2019 will be on par with 2014, I think. In other words, massive. In 2018, I produced more content than the previous three years combined, and 2019 is going to blow that out of the fucking water.
