385 Bench
And here's my high 645 squat. The 650 was much, much deeper.

Btw, I´m finishing the first 14 days of your Intermediate Deadlift Specialist routine and the routine is fucking awesome. I also designed a diet scheme following a lot of your APD principles and I´m getting stronger, bigger and slowly leaning out. Good shit.
Holy sweet Lucifer, Jamie (HA). You didn't even look like you struggled. All three lifts were smooth. How badly did you fail on the 700 deadlift? Do you think you can get that in a year or less?
Also, just a quick question about your book if you don't mind answering. So you will be making a paperback and releasing it to stores? Do you know when that will be? Make sure you send them out to Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. I have some friends in Illinois and Minnesota that I gave your website too and we all love it. It's safe to say that we would spend
It didn't leave the ground at all, haha. I pulled something in my left last trying to get it off the ground and just let go. As for the book, there's no timeline. It pretty much needs a full rewrite. I could publish one myself, however, which I might end up doing. We'll see.
If you wanna see a high squat check out the GPC worlds on at the moment. Some of the squats didn't get close to parallel but got passed. How long you been doing the reverse grip bench press? Does it allow you to push more?
I thought you were making a grotesque porn video with your "girlfriend", why are you wasting your time going to powerlifting meets that don't even give you the new squat world record?
Jamie, Does anyone else bench reverse grip? Honestly outside of you have one other person I have never seen it mentioned as a viable form of bench pressing. I can't help but think you must be a lone wolf in that regard... I'm half surprised they even allow it.

It's really not terribly high- the judge on my right was incredibly strict, though. In any event, I buried my third just to be safe.
