Kind of a combo skull crusher and close grip bench. You take the weight down to chest (narrow grip) at the bottom of the motion you slide it back to about your nose (on the same plane the whole time) then slide it back out to your chest (on that same plane) and then press it up. Kind of an L shape really…but they are called J curls!)"Jamie Lewishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16182869171233847161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5835524249360195666.post-14639394990347822902015-04-27T10:49:49.476-04:002015-04-27T10:49:49.476-04:00There wasn't a lot on his training- I just use...There wasn't a lot on his training- I just used what I could find. His structure would fit in with today's blocky mass monsters and what was reported in the non-Weider magazines of the day suggested he trained with very big weights. northernhirohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09314657332989988359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5835524249360195666.post-46798861026617982792015-04-23T08:44:05.650-04:002015-04-23T08:44:05.650-04:00Lol.
