Back then Bulgaria was forcing a lot of immigrants to change their name to Bulgarian. They were especially interested in him to turn Bulgarian. Earlier in the post you me...I'm a bit confused. Earlier in the post you mentioned that shorter limbs are critical in barbell sports due to the fact that the bar doesnt have to travel as far. Then later you said a greater range of motion leads to better strength gains, so taller lifters actually have the advantage and shorter lifters must work harder. I'm pretty sure there's probably a difference between the two, but I'm just asking for a bit more clarification on the subject.<br /><br />Great read btw, tons of good info on bullshit myths.
