3 Exercises You Should Already Be Doing- Demo Vid

For those of you clamoring for vids, here you go.  These are pretty simple exercises, but sometimes I figure you've got to see it to understand it.  As to the delay on posting this, I was trying upload a 26 MB file on a shitty bandwidth over a wireless connection, and it clearly worked for shit.

  1. I've been doing CnP for a month now along with keto and honestly, I am not used to this much fucking testosterone (I feel deliriously maniacal and get more pissed than usual by just thinking about shit), I'll document my progress for a year with photos and we'll see whats up. Awesome video, good song, bodybuilding.com would not approve of your form but its all faggy looking Asian Vulcans there anyways.

  3. All the anonymous kids have been lifting for less than five years and have to tell people they work out because you'd never know it to look at them. That's what's up.

  8. Here a quote about diet you can use at an appropriate time:

Julius Caesar in Commentarii de Bello Gallico, about the Suevi (Germany)

"They do not live much on corn, but subsist for the most part on milk and flesh, and are much [engaged] in hunting; which circumstance must, by the nature of their food, and by their daily exercise and the freedom of their life (for having from boyhood been accustomed to no employment, or discipline, they do nothing at all contrary to their inclination), both promote their strength and render them men of vast stature of body. And to such a habit have they brought themselves, that even in the coldest parts they wear no clothing whatever except skins, by reason of the scantiness of which, a great portion of their body is bare, and besides they bathe in open rivers."

There are other great quotes and oneliners in his text.

  10. Something's wrong with the above quote. I'm pretty sure corn was a new world crop exclusively, so how would Caesar have known anything about it? Mistranslation maybe?
Still good point, strong mother fuckers don't fuck around with grain.

  11. Disregard last comment. I asked a biologist, who said that while maize is a new world crop, the term "corn" was sometimes used for any random grain kinda like "Coke" is used to mean "Soda".
